Will every Tea & Teach include afternoon tea?

No. While tea is part of our identity, the menu changes to reflect the theme, the venue, the season, and the experience we're creating.Some gatherings feature a traditional afternoon tea, while others may include brunch, lunch, or another thoughtfully curated menu. We believe the food should support the story we're telling, not simply follow the same format every time.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. During registration you'll have the opportunity to share dietary restrictions and food allergies. We make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests received before our planning deadline.

Why are Tea & Teach gatherings held during the day instead of in the evenings?

Because we believe business development shouldn't come at the expense of the people who matter most.Many of our attendees are balancing businesses, families, and full lives. By gathering during the business day, we create dedicated space for learning, meaningful conversations, and relationship-building while allowing evenings and weekends to remain available for family, rest, and personal commitments.Tea & Teach isn't a social event.It's continuing education for business owners.

Not in the traditional sense.Tea & Teach is a business development experience where meaningful relationships are built naturally through thoughtful conversations, shared experiences, and intentional hospitality not structured networking activities.

Can I come by myself?

Absolutely.Many of our attendees arrive on their own. Tea & Teach is intentionally designed to create an environment where you'll feel welcomed, included, and comfortable whether you attend alone or with a friend.Many of our guests come alone and leave as friends, clients, or business partners.

What is your refund policy?

Because every Tea & Teach experience is intentionally curated, all registrations are final and non-refundable.From the moment you reserve your seat, we begin planning around our confirmed guest list. That includes venue commitments, chef and vendor counts, printed materials, seating, and dietary accommodations prepared specifically for our attendees.If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your registration to a friend or colleague. Simply let us know before the event so we can update the guest information and accommodate any dietary needs.

What happens if Tea & Teach is rescheduled or canceled?

If we need to reschedule a Tea & Teach gathering, we'll notify all registered attendees as soon as possible with the new event details.If we cancel an event, you'll receive a full refund.Our goal is to communicate promptly and transparently should plans ever need to change.

Will photos or video be taken?

Yes.Professional photography and video may be captured during the event and may be used in future Tea & Teach marketing. If you'd prefer not to appear in photos, please let our team know when you arrive.
