Sybil’s career began inside large organizations, where she helped leaders make decisions during high-pressure moments. She built systems, shaped direction, and supported executives when the stakes were high and the path forward was unclear. Her role was often behind the scenes, helping leaders see what mattered, name what was misaligned, and move forward with clarity.

Over time, she noticed a pattern.

Women were being encouraged to speak more, show up more, and scale faster, without owning where they were leading or how their voice was being held. Many were exhausted, scattered, or performing leadership instead of practicing it.
