the exact marketing strategy you need that works even when you stop feeding the algorithm

You're good at what you do, you have expertise people genuinely need, and you're willing to market your business because you understand that people can't hire, refer, recommend, or buy from a business they don't know exists. What you're tired of is feeling like staying visible requires you to constantly create content, keep up with another platform, chase another trend, attend another networking event, and spend more and more of your time fighting for attention.
You're tired of doing all of that work only to discover that visibility doesn't necessarily turn into CLIENTS, referrals, relationships, or revenue. You're tired of spending money on marketing without being able to point to what it actually produced, and you're especially tired of watching people who aren't necessarily better at what they do become better KNOWN simply because they've figured out how to be louder.
Maybe you've built an audience but still don't have enough of the RIGHT people talking about your business. Maybe people follow you but don't really understand the depth of your expertise. Or maybe you're simply exhausted by the idea that growing your business means you have to become a full-time content creator when that was NEVER the business you set out to build.
Tea & Teach features live, guided workshops for women in business who want to use events to become better known, attract potential clients, build valuable relationships, and create MORE opportunities around what they already do well without becoming event planners themselves.
Each workshop goes DEEP on ONE specific event or event strategy, so you can learn what your business needs NOW without spending months in a program filled with information you may never use.
You'll get the principles, strategies, real-world lessons, and direct access to me while you work through YOUR ideas and begin making decisions you can actually use.
And you won't be learning anonymously in a ballroom filled with hundreds of people. You'll be at the table with other women in business who could become clients, collaborators, partners, referral sources, and valuable relationships long after the workshop ends.
Learn what you need. Make the decisions. Put it to work.
Here's what other women in business like you have said

"Everything was personalized to my business. Even down to the teacup with my name on it. Sybil remembered the kinds of events I want to host and made sure that it was featured in my workbook. It's the little touches that made a difference."

Why Sybil?
I have spent my entire career mastering what actually makes people show up, pay attention, trust an environment, and buy.
None of this came from a textbook. It came from being in the trenches.
My background spans classroom teaching and curriculum design, the relentless pace of restaurant hospitality, corporate training, wedding production, and live event strategy. I’ve built intimate spaces for 2 people and high-stakes productions for more than 4,000.
I didn’t build my methodology in a vacuum. I built it through late nights, exhausting trial and error, expensive mistakes, and the quiet heartbreak of pouring everything into digital funnels that left me feeling completely disconnected from the people I wanted to serve.
Like a lot of business owners, I spent years trying to do what everyone told me to do. I hosted webinars, started podcasts, had a show on Roku, and got on the radio. But at the end of the day, I was exhausted. I was talking to screens instead of building real relationships with real people.
Add to that life with a visible tic disorder.
That means my body makes sudden movements and sounds I can't control - whether I'm packing delicate flowers for an installation, walking into a client meeting, or holding a microphone on stage.
When you can't hide your physical reality, you learn very quickly that you can't hide behind a fake, polished version of yourself either.
It taught me things most marketing books never touch. It forced me to pay attention to how a room actually feels, how noise and lighting affect someone’s nervous system, and what makes people let their guard down. When people see that you aren't pretending to be perfect, it gives them permission to take a deep breath and be real, too.
I learned some of those lessons the expensive way so you don't have to.
From small, private workshops to the TEDx stage, I learned how to turn simple in-person gatherings into the best marketing a business can have.
You don't need to post online all day or become a full-time content creator to grow your business. You just need to know how to bring the right people into the right room.

Marketing is mandatory.
MARKETING FOR BUSINESS IS MANDATORY BUT IT DOESN'T MEAN IT SHOULD BE HARD.
Discover another way to put your business in front of the people you want to reach.
Marketing is Mandatory.
Making yourself miserable while you do it is optional.
You need people to know your business exists, understand why YOU are the expert they should pay attention to, remember your name when an opportunity comes up, refer you when someone asks for a recommendation, and ultimately become clients who happily PAY you for what you do.
Marketing makes all of that possible, but somewhere along the way, too many businesswomen became convinced that doing it well meant constantly creating content, chasing visibility, keeping up with another platform, and fighting harder and harder for a few seconds of attention.
It doesn't.
Events give you an entirely different way to market because instead of constantly trying to GET people's attention, you can create something worth GIVING their attention to. You can bring potential clients into your world, let people experience your expertise instead of simply hearing about it, position yourself as the go-to expert in your market, build relationships with people who can hire and refer you, create a community that wants to keep coming back, and develop a signature experience that gives people a reason to talk about YOUR business long after the event is over.
That's not simply hosting an event. That's creating visibility, credibility, clients, community and opportunities around what you already know how to do.
The Tea & Teach Philosophy

At our core, we don't believe business should be separated from your values.
We believe the right room can change the trajectory of your entire business.
We believe business is about so much more than learning another tactic. It is about expanding your thinking, building real trust, and being in the room with people who challenge and inspire you.
We believe in supporting locally owned venues whenever possible, because our gatherings should strengthen the communities that host us.
We believe in partnering with women-owned businesses, because real success is meant to be shared.
We believe every professional who helps create an experience - from our chefs and florists to our photographers and hospitality staff - deserves to be paid fairly and treated with deep respect.
We believe the menu is never just a meal, and food is never just food.
Whether we are sharing afternoon tea, brunch, or dinner, the table sets the tone, slows down the room, and opens the door for honest conversations.
We believe details communicate care. The atmosphere, the lighting, the seating, and the pacing are never afterthoughts. Every decision is intentional so you can let your guard down.
We believe women in business deserve spaces where they can think deeply, ask better questions, and build relationships that last long after the event is over.
We believe marketing should reflect who you actually are as a businesswoman - and that doing marketing on your own terms is the best thing you can do for your bottom line.
