Would You Like to Grow Your Business Without Constantly Posting, Chasing Trends, or Fighting for Attention?

Imagine marketing your business in a way that actually feels like you.

ChatGPT Image Aug 7, 2026, 03_43_23 PM.png

You're good at what you do, you have expertise people genuinely need, and you're willing to market your business because you understand that people can't hire, refer, recommend, or buy from a business they don't know exists. What you're tired of is feeling like staying visible requires you to constantly create content, keep up with another platform, chase another trend, attend another networking event, and spend more and more of your time fighting for attention.

You're tired of doing all of that work only to discover that visibility doesn't necessarily turn into CLIENTS, referrals, relationships, or revenue. You're tired of spending money on marketing without being able to point to what it actually produced, and you're especially tired of watching people who aren't necessarily better at what they do become better KNOWN simply because they've figured out how to be louder.

Maybe you've built an audience but still don't have enough of the RIGHT people talking about your business. Maybe people follow you but don't really understand the depth of your expertise. Or maybe you're simply exhausted by the idea that growing your business means you have to become a full-time content creator when that was NEVER the business you set out to build.

Tired of Working SO Hard Just to Get People to Notice Your Business?

Learn how to use events to get your business known, attract potential clients, build valuable relationships, and create a community around what you do.

Each month, we host live, guided workshops where women in service industries learn ONE event marketing strategy at a time and exactly how to put it to work in their own business.

Part business workshop, part curated experience, part relationship-building room… designed to make your marketing easier AND your business harder to forget.

Get EXACTLY What You Need to Start Using Events to Grow Your Business.

Tea & Teach features live, guided workshops for women in business who want to use events to become better known, attract potential clients, build valuable relationships, and create MORE opportunities around what they already do well without becoming event planners themselves.

Each workshop goes DEEP on ONE specific event or event strategy, so you can learn what your business needs NOW without spending months in a program filled with information you may never use.

You'll get the principles, strategies, real-world lessons, and direct access to me while you work through YOUR ideas and begin making decisions you can actually use.

And you won't be learning anonymously in a ballroom filled with hundreds of people. You'll be at the table with other women in business who could become clients, collaborators, partners, referral sources, and valuable relationships long after the workshop ends.

Learn what you need. Make the decisions. Put it to work.

Why Sybil?

I've spent my career learning what makes people show up, pay attention, trust what they're experiencing, and want MORE.

My background spans teaching and curriculum design, customer and client experience, restaurants and hospitality, corporate training, wedding planning, event strategy, and entrepreneurship, and I've designed experiences for as few as 2 people and events serving more than 2,000.

A lot of what I know came from the school of hard knocks and good old-fashioned trial and error testing ideas, researching what I didn't know, getting some things right and getting plenty of things WRONG until I created a repeatable formula for using events strategically to grow a business.

For the last five years, I've been teaching entrepreneurs just like you while also creating and hosting stages from intimate business workshops and private experiences to TEDx. I got a front-row seat to what makes people show up, what keeps them engaged, what builds credibility, and what turns an event into something people continue talking about after it's over.

Today, I teach the principles, strategies, and decisions I wish someone had taught ME much sooner, combining what I've learned as a teacher, strategist, host, and businesswoman with what only experience can teach you.

I learned some of those lessons the expensive way so you don't have to.

Here's what other women in business like you have said

  • Marketing is mandatory.

MARKETING FOR BUSINESS IS MANDATORY BUT IT DOESN'T MEAN IT SHOULD BE HARD.

Discover another way to put your business in front of the people you want to reach.

Marketing is Mandatory.

Making yourself miserable while you do it is optional.

You need people to know your business exists, understand why YOU are the expert they should pay attention to, remember your name when an opportunity comes up, refer you when someone asks for a recommendation, and ultimately become clients who happily PAY you for what you do.

Marketing makes all of that possible, but somewhere along the way, too many businesswomen became convinced that doing it well meant constantly creating content, chasing visibility, keeping up with another platform, and fighting harder and harder for a few seconds of attention.

It doesn't.

Events give you an entirely different way to market because instead of constantly trying to GET people's attention, you can create something worth GIVING their attention to. You can bring potential clients into your world, let people experience your expertise instead of simply hearing about it, position yourself as the go-to expert in your market, build relationships with people who can hire and refer you, create a community that wants to keep coming back, and develop a signature experience that gives people a reason to talk about YOUR business long after the event is over.

That's not simply hosting an event. That's creating visibility, credibility, clients, community and opportunities around what you already know how to do.

The Tea & Teach Philosophy

ChatGPT Image Aug 2, 2026, 06_05_41 PM.png

At our core, we believe in living our values within business.

We believe the right room can change the trajectory of a business.

We believe business is about more than learning new strategies. It's about expanding your thinking, building meaningful relationships, and surrounding yourself with people who challenge and inspire you.

We believe in supporting locally owned venues whenever possible because we want our gatherings to strengthen the communities they're held in.

We intentionally seek opportunities to partner with women-owned businesses because we believe success is something to be shared.

We believe every professional who contributes to the experience—from chefs and photographers to florists and hospitality partners—deserves to be compensated fairly.

Excellence is created by people, and people deserve to be valued.

We believe the menu is never just a meal. Whether we're serving afternoon tea, brunch, or lunch, every menu is thoughtfully curated to become part of the experience.

We believe details communicate care. The venue, the atmosphere, the materials, the table, and the guest experience are never afterthoughts. Every decision is intentional.

We believe women in business deserve spaces where they can learn, think deeply, ask better questions, and build relationships that extend far beyond the workshop itself.

We believe the businesses, professionals, and communities that make these gatherings possible should benefit from them too.

We believe we should have marketing that reflects who we are as businesswomen and that marketing "on our own terms" is good for business.

How we host reflects what we value.
